Went to Nelson to have them help me with a NFA purchase and Miguel walked me through the entire process in a very knowledgible and customer oriented manner. The staff at Nelson Tactical have always made me feel welcome, and have always been able to help me find what I need. Most recently, I went in with a crippled hand after some surgery. I needed a battery change on a red dot and knew that I couldn’t do it myself. They were very gracious and helpful. They will always have my business.
Their website is complete garbage. They are listed through Kel-Tec as being an authorized HALO dealer, but almost the entire website is either "404 Error," or just blank. It's 2024.....maybe upgade?
My family has been going to Nelson for years. Amazing family run store that has anything you could ever ask for firearms related. We drive up from Waukesha just to come here. Rick and his staff are amazing!
Ordered a Liberty safe that weighs about 800 lbs. Rick and Nick did a great job in maneuvering it to our bedroom upstairs. Both were very friendly and great to talk to.
